Hi,
My name is Samson and I own a human named Kathy.
First of all, let me say Hi Coop! WOW! what you went thru sounds bad, but let me let you in on a secret…When I went to the Vet I had a similar experience, except when I woke up, WOW did I hurt and now I am not so much a macho stud any longer. But that’s ok my human says I am better off this way, and I am learning to believe her. So when your humans say take it easy, Coop, you better listen to them.
Today we are just taking it easy. My human is home today and we don’t get to go see our friends, Foxie and Frodo.
As I am writing this, Tizzy is starting to bother me. She is just a baby and always wants to play, but boy can she get annoying. I put up with her for a while, but she won’t stop till I really get firm, then Mama, Lily gets between us and tries to smooth thing out. What am I gonna do?
I am very excited about this Park that everyone is talking about. Not to crazy about being fenced in. I enjoy exploring with no boundaries. I do however understand the fence thing, to keep the little ones contained.
Well I better go, I can smell something good cooking, I am sure it is for me.

I like you Samson. You didn’t sugar coat the fact that you own Kathy. I own Steven and Amy. I usually don’t say it that way because I’m afraid I’ll hurt their egos. I let them “think” that they are in charge and that they own me.
My brother and I have gone through the snip-snip loss of manhood too. I was told it was a good thing. Initially I wasn’t sure but now that I am older I have met several “macho” dogs. A few of them have been nice but many of them seem to have trouble getting along with others. One was particularly mean to me. So I am glad that I had the snip-snip (though I hated it at the time). Plus all the cute girls at the vets office gave me a lot of cookies and attention. My brother says I’m weird but I actually like going there.
I know what you mean about annoying siblings. But what can you do? They’re family. Cooper used to be real bad. He was always annoying me. Since his surgery he hasn’t been so bad. I actually like spending time with him right now because he doesn’t pester me. The kitten however really tries my patience. He thinks he can bite my tail or jump on me. Unfortunately I can’t do a thing about it because my mom likes that fluffy thing. So I have just trained the kitten with a glare or a growl not to come near me. Unfortunately for Cooper he hasn’t learned to do that. So he used to get attacked by the kitten all the time. I’m protecting him while he’s hurt. Mom and Dad think they are protecting him but I really do all the work.
Keep telling it like it is Samson!
